In case your hoping for a theme design on your giveaway candles, we're sorry to tell you that we don't make theme designs, you will have to provide it to us.

Please note, the bigger your order is the more it takes time to finish it. Due for the large number of orders, please be aware that your order may take between 2 weeks to 5 weeks for it to be ready.

We usually update the customer with every step for them to expect the duration of their order to finish.

In case you want to cancel your customized candles order and get a refund:

You will get 70% refund incase we didn't add candle wax in the container. However, if we notified you that we did add the candle wax in the container, and you requested to cancel your order, you will be able to get 40% refund from the original price.

Incase your not a UAE resident, we will contact you to inform you that we will cancel the candles and refund you their costs and ship to you the remaining items that you bought.
