Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy for local orders within United Arab Emirates, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As for countries outside United Arab Emirates, we accept returns 35 days after shipping your order.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the full order amount minus the delivery/shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about any specific item.
For giveaway candles or any customized candle, we usually confirm full details of the order with the customer before working on it. We never start working on any customized candle until the customer pay full price. We usually update the customer with every step of the process of their order. We can't promise you to make your customized order finish at certain date, but we can arrange the delivery date after the order is completed and ready to be sent out. In case for canceling and refund, you can get refund 70% from the original price in case we didn't add candle wax in the container. However, if we notified you that we did add the candle wax in the container, you can get 40% refund from the original price.
In case your order contained candles and your not a UAE resident, we will contact you to inform you that we will cancel the candles from your order, after confirming, we will refund you their costs and ship to you the remaining items that you bought.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you to get what you want is to return the item you have after contacting us, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
