- How long dose it take to process an order?
- For United Arab Emirates residence, after an order is placed, it may take from 1 - 3 business days to get the order ready for delivery.
- As for other countries, order process may take from 1 - 4 business days to get the order ready for shipment.
- In case your order was customized order, it may takes more time, we will notify you when it will be ready. In case we added a notification at our website that we are on vacation, we will start process your order.
- We try our best efforts to arrange your order as soon as possible. Please understand that to give you the best shopping experience, it may take more time for us to prepare your order due for some restrictions that may occur.
- What about delivery?
- For United Arab Emirates residence, the delivery can take from 1- 3 business days, please remember that due to the result of peak periods (like weekends and holidays) or because of other restrictions, certain cutoff times can delay the shipment processing orders.
- What about international shipping?
- International shipping estimated delivery date can differ from country to another. We usually use DHL delivery services, and it usually it takes from 1 - 4 working days to send the shipment (as mentioned at their official website). You may not be able to complete your purchase because we decided to only ship to Middle east, the gulf regain. However, we always welcome you to contact us if you would like to purchase something, and we will be happy to assist you.

- How much is the shipping costs?
- Usually it can be determinate by the product weight, we made an estimation for a fixed rate, in case it exceeded our estimation (more than 2 Kg), additional fees will be added later on. Expect other fees such as taxes the customer may incur.

- The delivery coverage are between 30 - 40 AED depends on your residence area, if there's any need for faster delivery, please inform us and expect for the delivery price to get higher.
